Yin & Yang Yoga
The Yin & Yang Yoga practice combines two complementary dimensions:
• Yin – slow, deep, and restorative
• Yang – dynamic, fluid, and energising
A continuous dialogue between stillness and movement.
The session may begin with gentle movements to release the joints and calm the mind, or with dynamic sequences to activate energy… before moving into longer, more relaxing postures that support recovery and release tension.
The result?
A feeling of lightness, balance and renewed energy—perfect after a day on the bike, a run along the lake, or an intense workout.
Sessions are suitable for all levels.
