“The best recommendation in this area! Always a pleasure. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and the amazing breakfast!”
Lake Garda is a particularly popular excursion destination, not only for sightseeing, but also for water sports. And it’s no wonder, because the wind reliably guarantees perfect conditions every day for surfers and sailors, and regattas also regularly take place here. In the morning the wind always blows from the north, in the afternoon from the south (the well-known “Ora”) and the waves are ideal for both beginners and advanced windsurfers and sailors. Those who prefer a quieter approach should explore the lake in a canoe or on a stand-up paddleboard. Feel like diving in? The clean waters of Lake Garda in the picturesque bays are also perfect for this! And thanks to the Mediterranean climate, you can enjoy your favourite water sport from February to November – and you won’t be disturbed by private motorboats and jet skis, as these are prohibited on the north shore.
