- Your pet friend can’t access the breakfast room but you can enjoy your tasty breakfast in our indoor bar or in the outdoor veranda.
- If you go out for the day, don’t leave the dog alone in the room.

The staff is very polite, competent and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and the Snack-Time at the pool from 1pm to 6pm is really great, serving salads, caprese or pasta. Once a week there is the Pizza Party .. definetely recommended: a huge variety of pizzas on a buffet!

We are a family of 4 with children aged 7 and 11 visiting from Australia. We had a fabulous stay at Aktivhotel over 6 nights (could have stayed 12) in the Suite Apartment - this overlooks both pools (one relax pool and other one 25mt long!) and has its own kitchenette and patio on the ground floor - very nicely appointed with extra space well worth it for a longer stay. Great facilities at the hotel from fab pool, spacious garden, table tennis, pool bar, bike lockup, bike cleaning and maintenance/tool area. Short walk (just over 5 mins) down the hill into town. When arriving you can drive onto the paved road (past the shops) and up the hill as it looks like it is pedestrians only at the turn off the main road. Breakfast (included) each morning was a great way to start the day. Rounding at our stay was the terrific staff - informative (excellent tips on everything from cycling tours, restaurants, day trips, bike hire), friendly and attentive, making it a great stay!

Excellent breakfast, with everything possible, incl. glutenfree stuff, if something is missing, you are just writing it down on the place setting on your breakfest table and on the next day you have it. Fantastic pools, the small relax-pool was perfect for our children, beautiful garden, fitness room with very good equipment. Very friendly staff, always smiling and helpfull. Nice wine cellar with good wine, 2 times a week wine tasting with possibility to buy local very good wine. Room was a bit small but with a big bath overall very good.

Best Bike Hotel!
From a cycle perspective there is a workshop, lock up rooms for your bikes, individual locker for your helmet and stuff, high-pressure wash for your bike. Cycle clothes are washed for you.
The location is perfect for your cycle routes and nice and qiuet in the evenings, only 5 min walk to the Torbole center.
I really cannot find any faults with this hotel and location. Even the boss who owns the hotel drove me and two others to a mountain location with our bikes so we coud enjoy a special trip. Thanks SantaLucia team we will return:)
