Gorgeous hotel in a lovely little town on Lake Garda
The hotel was perfect- we loved it. The staff were amazing so friendly, warm, welcoming and above all relaxed. The garden was lovely with two fantastic pools (Relaxpool and the other one 25mt long) to sit around with a ping-pong table and a table football for the kids. The wine tasting with the fabulous Willy was fab and a great way to meet other guests and the breakfast was awesome.

We are a family of 4 with children aged 7 and 11 visiting from Australia. We had a fabulous stay at Aktivhotel over 6 nights (could have stayed 12) in the Suite Apartment - this overlooks both pools (one relax pool and other one 25mt long!) and has its own kitchenette and patio on the ground floor - very nicely appointed with extra space well worth it for a longer stay. Great facilities at the hotel from fab pool, spacious garden, table tennis, pool bar, bike lockup, bike cleaning and maintenance/tool area. Short walk (just over 5 mins) down the hill into town. When arriving you can drive onto the paved road (past the shops) and up the hill as it looks like it is pedestrians only at the turn off the main road. Breakfast (included) each morning was a great way to start the day. Rounding at our stay was the terrific staff - informative (excellent tips on everything from cycling tours, restaurants, day trips, bike hire), friendly and attentive, making it a great stay!
