The owner and soul of AktivHotel, honors the name he has given to his hotel: always on the go, both with head and legs, he loves his work and constantly transmits enthusiasm to everyone of us.
You will surely meet him at the hotel and he would love you to join him on a bike tour, his true passion!

Dealing with marketing and front desk, she will grab your attention with tips, stories and secret spots around the lake, which worth a visit.

She came from Germany and used to work for the police before moving to Italy, where she has now been living for 12 years.
She is the pillar of the mornings at the AktivHotel‘s reception and she takes care of all our guests‘ needs. She is an enthusiastic mountain biker and can advise on all routes in the region.

Young and brilliant, he has been with us since 2018.
Thanks to his bilingualism (Italian-German) nothing escapes him, he has a great memory and remembers every guest who has passed here.
In addition to taking care of the afternoon shift at the front office, he takes care of our social channels and is enthusiastic about photos and videos.

She has been the backbone of AktivHotel since we’ve first opened. She’s a master with numbers and deals with contracts, groups and accounting.

Welcomes you every morning with her sweet smile and her magnetic blue eyes.
She is the stylist of our buffet, which she cares with love and passion.
With her calm personality, she transmits peace and serenity to the whole team!

Tristan moves at AktivHotel just like on the football field: fast, shrewd and flexible you can find him at the bar, in the restaurant or at the front office.
And don't be surprised if you find that he is good in every department, he is really a young talent!

Reserved and elegant, he gives the impression of not wanting to be in the spotlight. But as soon as he picks up a shaker or serves a bottle he has selected for you, he becomes the protagonist
Don't worry if you always want to order something new just to hear his anecdotes.

Just like a classical Italian mommy, she looks after guests and colleagues with energy, love and above all tempting the palate of everyone with her local recipes

She started working with Silvio that she was a young 20 years old girl and… she still is a young woman! A power of nature!

"Sonrìa cada dia" (smile every day) is her mantra and we guarantee that we have never seen her without her bright smile.
In addition to looking after the rooms, she is an important support for our events.

Nada moves with elegance and discretion in the Housekeeping department.
Her excellent work is noticeable, as is her sweet smile with which she will greet you every time you meet her busy on the floors.

Willy is a native from SouthTirol and arrived for the first time on Lake Garda more than twenty years ago. He moved here after retirement and lives in a rustic hut surrounded by olive and fruit trees.
Great expert of the territory, awaits you in our wine cellar twice a week for a free winetasting.

"Good morning, did you sleep well?" This is how Arturo always used to welcome you every morning. Unfortunately, his vineyards now require him, but for us he will always be part of the team.

Walter is a very experienced bike guide and knows all the best routes in the Bike Arena of Lake Garda.
He guides special tours, off the major beaten routes giving you the opportunity to experience unique moments.

Gabriel started as a trainee during school and, as he left his mark in our kitchen and in our hearts, he became part of the team during the summer months.

He has arrived at the AktivHotel in early 2024, and he is exactly what we were waiting for....
With his cheerfulness, friendliness, and always positive attitude, he embodies the "aktiv" spirit perfectly.
Thanks to his excellent German skills (he was born in Germany), he loves talking with guests and giving tips on restaurants and things to do in the area.

Aurora and Viola are grown up, but Samuele, the son of Francesca,
has already taken on the role of mascot!
Who knows if the three members of the Rigatti family will run the activity in the future, but for sure they will have a brilliant one.
