How do I make a booking?
After checking with the hotel that rooms are available, you can book by e-mail, by telephone or by fax.
Can I book a room by giving only my credit card data?
Yes, by sending us, by e-mail or fax, the 16-digit number and 4-digit expiry date of the card. No advance deposit is necessary in this case. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Cartasi, Amex.
Once I have sent my credit card data, will I receive a booking confirmation from the Hotel?
Of course!!! As soon as we receive your credit card data, we will send you our confirmation indicating your arrival and departure dates.
Can I book by sending you an advance deposit instead of my credit card data?
Certainly, should you prefer it. Please make a bank transfer (with commissions charged to you) to:

Once you have affected the bank transfer, please send us a copy of the transaction paper by fax, because our bank will only acknowledge your transfer many days later.

Once I have affected the bank transfer and sent the fax, will I receive a booking confirmation from you?
Of course!!! As soon as we receive the fax with a copy of the transfer, we will send you the booking confirmation, indicating your dates of arrival and departure and the amount already paid.
What payment method do you prefer?
We prefer payment in cash.
Can I settle my bill entirely upon arrival?
Yes. In this case we will issue a full payment receipt.
What happens at check-in, and what papers must I show?
On your arrival at the Hotel, the Reception personnel will show you a summary of your booking data. If no changes are required, you will be asked to give them your ID papers for registration and to undersign the notification card.
Why do I have to give my ID papers and sign the PS card at check-in?
The Italian Police Law states that on arrival at all Italian Hotels, guests must fill in the so-called "notification card" and must leave their ID papers with the Hotel reception staff. The personnel will then fill in the "card" and ask the guest to sign it.
The notification card also contains the request for your consent to have your personal data processed in accordance with the provisions of the "Privacy Law" – Leg. Decree No. 196/2003.
In full compliance with this law, we assure you that the data regarding the persons staying at our Hotel will NEVER be passed on to third parties, not even if requested by the guest himself or by his/her relatives.
